Maybe there are Belarusians who made Schengen from Phuket ? And is that realistic?

Schengen can only be done in the country of residence. If you register a resident here (a business visa is needed), then you can. With training/stamps and stuff, it won't work.

Not Belarusian, but a few years ago I learned about Finnish or Swedish like, it was impossible.
