[Phuket] A stunning Bangkok bank has been hovering the brain for over a week. I received money from French customers and they are in the bank. But they do not credit them to my account and ask for some kind of "confirmation of the transfer". What kind of nonsense is this? No one has encountered it? - Thailand

Well they ask you to confirm on what basis the money was transferred. If these are your clients, then you must have a contract with them. Or at least you billed them, which they paid. Here is the contract and/or the account is shown to the bank. If they are satisfied with it, they will miss your money.

The French (bank) must confirm the purpose of payment and then proceed.
