and if I buy separate tickets Phuket-Bangkok and Bangkok-Istanbul - will I have problems with the transfer? Do I need to take a test, go as an exit and re-enter or can I immediately go to a transplant? I've never flown with a transfer, I don't understand.

You will need to get out, collect luggage, check in your luggage, go through security, migration control and fly away. Please note that there are 2 airports in Bangkok and if you have separate tickets, then if the first flight is late, the second ticket will expire.

Domestic terminal is separate from international. You'll have to go out, then passport control, and so on.
