Nobody knows. But the SBP seems to work without any problems. Within one bank, there are practically no such restrictions at all.

There will be no blocking just like that Smilein general - everything is individual, depending on how previously transfers were used. 100k rubles without problems at all. they start looking after you from an amount greater than 600k.
