If the payment of the hotel is not through booking / agoda (for example, through the aggregator or in the hotel directly) - the post office bank and the RSHB are suitable. In Thailand, I also managed to pay for pcr with both cards.

PCR can be paid union pei. Transactions go through. Hotel for quarantine for 1 day can be paid on the aggregator with any card. There are not many hotels there but there is a choice.

Just paid with a virtual union from the post office bank, everything went from the first time, I was surprised, I thought to the last that they released it for fun.
