This is a tick they carry in addition to encephalitis - Lyme disease ( this is very serious, you can google). In Russia, I would advise you to take a tick for analysis, I don't know if they do it here. Ask what ticks carry here (they are carriers of many diseases in addition to the above)

I would not drive, I would follow the dynamics and that's it. If there were no symptoms, I would just score.
