Today we came to the bank again. It turned out to be a commission for withdrawing cash in baht in Tinkoff visas of 200 baht. Not 2000 as we thought yesterday.

Well, probably not 2 thousand, but 200 baht. With a visa you can try Bangkok Bank. And there are no ATMs without a commission.
