The rainy season here is like a standard summer in St. Petersburg, only warmer and the rains are more abundant.

There is no such rainy season as in India, Vietnam or St. Petersburg) In summer, rains periodically, September-October are protracted. The longest I've seen in 10 years is 3 days straight of continuous rainfall. A couple of days a year there are cases of flooding on the roads in some places, when you pass, raising your legs higher on the bike, but the water goes away in a couple of hours.
