Ksenia, I had a transfer in Singapore for about a day, at the airport upon arrival no one checked anything. But, I missed my flight and on the new (Singapore airlines) I had a strict check for the availability of the test, better do it. The postponement of the flight may not be on your initiative, unlike in my case.
