Has anyone withdrawn cash from a Russian Union Pay card? What is the fierce commission besides the 220 baht reported at the ATM? Is that true in any bank?

Depends on the bank that issued the card.. and the course there is fun it is yes.

The cash was not withdrawn, I do not know about the commission. But when shopping, the rate is 2.47-2.68 ... it seems that not everything is so deplorable) we have a union spb.

We withdrew from an ATM. Only 220 baht commission, all. Bank scb Union Pay Card from Solidarity Bank.
