It's water. I also dry it. But I have Russian cream f 99 - the best cream of all time and peoples. Smear coconut oil before washing your face.

Cerave cool moisturizer. It's not local, but it's also for sale here. I buy 500 ml cans and use them for the face and body. I used to restore their face after peeling on the advice of a cosmetologist. It's versatile.
