Somewhere slipped the information that the test and go from 1.02 you need to submit with a departure date in 60 days. Nonsense?

Don't read it anymore SOMEWHERE. 60 days is the maximum period for which you can submit an application before the date of departure. that is, on February 1, you can apply for a tiepass with a date of entry from February 2 to, conditionally, April 1. on April 2-3-4-5 and beyond, the system will not allow it.
