I arrive at the Etihad at 7 am, I will be at the hotel somewhere in 8. And the race at the liking from 14. After arrival, I would like to check in immediately, what would you recommend?

Contact the hotel and ask for early check-in. Maybe they are for extra money (or just for good eyes), if there is a free room, you will be allowed. If you need a 100% guarantee of success, then book a room a day earlier. And warn the hotel that you will be in the morning of the next day. Yes, you will have to pay for an extra night.
