Has anyone in Phuket with a satellite booster put any other vaccine approved by who? Whether they put a booster or a satellite at all is not considered and you need to put just 2 vaccines. What certificate will they give if they put a booster?

To get an international passport that is recognized in the EU, you need 2 doses of the vaccine. A booster can be put in, but with it you will not be allowed into the EU.

Put in Europe, there after the booster they give immediately a certificate, and in general already the satellite should be recognized until the end of winter.
