Remind pliz pcr should be done 72 i before arriving in tai is not? Like until you leave the Russian Federation?

We flew Singapore from Moscow. They did tests for everyone (2 adults and a child) in 48 hours.

72 hours before the first flight! The ThaiPass website says! 72 hours before travelling, i.e. before the first flight.
