I fly to Phuket via Dubai. In Dubai test in 48 hours, in Phuket for 72. Tell me, at what point are these hours counted?

In transit, as a general rule, the rules of Thailand apply. If you fly from Russia, it's 72 hours before departure.

The report comes into force after taking the biomaterial, the rules of Dubai PCR must be no older than 48 hours, the rules of Thailand are not older than 72, so calculate the time and fly all the time.
