Maybe someone has had experience in Phuket on STV? to obtain a visa, can I make documents for a trip of 31 days? do I have to pay for 31 days of accommodation and then stay with the visa?

Everyone who had - they went for a longer period. And with your 31st day and filing documents on STV - you'll just twirl your finger at the temple.

I found out this information in the visa center for friends when I submitted the docks, 16.11.2021, I need to show the reservation and payment 91 days, no less, but now everything is changing,

There's something crookedly written true. The hotel can be just a reservation, but if the rental of accommodation - then the entire period is paid.
