Krabi itself is not needed. If you want to go to Tonsai there or somewhere else by ferry/boat, you may be asked to hand over the rapid. It can be bought at any pharmacy for ≈150 baht. Certificates of full vaccination with the Tay-approved vaccine will be needed back.
