Can I change the hotel sha immediately after receiving a negative test? Or do we need to live there for 7 days anyway?

So far 7 days. If the Russian Federation is added to the list, we will already have the Test and Go program to sit until the first test just in time.

You have to be. You will eventually be given a certificate that you have completed the program. And then wherever you want.
