From 5000 baht. The price depends on the class of housing, rental period, location, current season. You can find a studio in a condo (most likely without air conditioning and kitchen) from 5000 baht per month. Prices for normal condos start from 10-12 thousand baht per month, but if you are lucky - you can and cheaper. A separate house, for one or two bedrooms, without a pool, you can find from 10 to 15 thousand baht per month, when renting for a long time (from six months). For houses with a swimming pool, the price tag starts from 20 thousand baht. Short-term rent (up to six months) increases the price of the month by 1.5-3 times, depending on the rental period. All this is naturally approximate, but it gives an opportunity to estimate.
