Question on visa control and reverse billets!) All the docks are already there, but there is no return billet from Phuket (there is not a real one).

Yes. If risky - you can not buy, but the rules are spelled out very clearly. And it would be extremely frustrating to get rejected when you could take a fully refundable return ticket and be calm.

Makes sense. if you don't want to fly back. no one will take responsibility and recommend flying with fakes here.
