I would advise you to book a transfer from the hotel in advance for your own peace of mind. There's nothing worse than trying to explain to a taxi driver where to go (if they don't know exactly the address). Or you need to pay with local cash - and there are none. Or pay in dollars and be horrified by the rate of taxi drivers. Or stand in warm clothes in the heat and melt in anticipation of a taxi. I've been through it all on different journeys.
