It will do, it is prescribed to which countries it does NOT apply and Tai is not included in them. So do Tinkoff calmly. For the design of SOE, it is suitable. Print out the main 2 pages, there is a 2 in 6 line about Covid mention. I even highlighted it with a marker to make it easier to find.
