For a one-year student visa to Tai, can one family member study or must both enroll? Can I fly from Ukraine by stamp for 30 days, extend for 60 days after and during this period apply to the school for an annual visa? Let's fly at the end of November.

Student for each adult is issued separately. One is when the child is studying, and the parent is then on the guardianship.

You can, for Ukraine it is easier, even if covid stamps are canceled, you can extend in the migrashka for 30 days. As for whether one family member can be tied to a stud or not, it is better to clarify whether you can definitely contact a business Visa.
