If from a foreign card, then in any ATM it is essentially the same: if the foreign currency is not a dollar, then first the transfer to the dollar, then from dollars to baht + a commission of 220 baht It is most logical to withdraw immediately from a dollar card in order to avoid an unprofitable rate of transfer to baht.
