On the website of the consulate it seems to be written deadlines. And so the sooner the better. More chances to catch up. Now the number of applications is increasing and the terms of consideration may also increase.

Apply for an Entry Permit (EPA) on the website by filling in the required information and uploading the documents required under clause 2.2. 1. At least 10 days before the scheduled departure will need to be considered, as the relevant Thai authority must first verify the validity and authenticity of the vaccine certificate.
