On 5 September, the Governor of Phuket signed Order No. 5267/2564, effective from 8 September, amending Order No. 5139/2564 of 31 August as follows. Citizens arriving in Phuket from other provinces of the country for tourist purposes are required to have in their hands documents confirming the reservation of the hotel and full prepayment of accommodation, and must also be registered on the website and provide a QR code when entering the province. The provision of the previous order on the need to take a COVID test on the fifth day of stay on the island is excluded from the text of the new order. Citizens who are prescribed treatment in Phuket, as well as their guardians, are allowed to enter the province. Residents of Phuket and Phang Nga provinces who need regular travel between provinces are allowed to enter the island, subject to the provision of a vaccination certificate and a negative test for coronavirus such as Antigen Test Kit, valid for 7 days. At the same time, all those entering the island must be registered on the website www. gophuget. The time interval of the current ban on entry into the province of Phuket through the land checkpoint from 23.00 to 4.00 is reduced by one hour - until 3.00. P.S. These changes do not affect the operation of the Sandbox.
