And for what are you doing? All these 4 months to sit on the sea and in the house or condo? Then yes. You can go. Or a sandbox if you're vaccinated with a foreign vaccine rather than Sputnik. Or a quarantine hotel. In both cases, there are pros and cons. So spend two weeks, and then live as you want. About 4 months is also a question. The visa entitles you to 3 months. Or extend on Covid stamps. This is according to the current state. How it will be closer to October, no one knows. But it certainly won't be like in pre-Covid times.
