Come at 7/11, family and choose. (Or the operator's office). You can also just buy a SIM card for 49 and separately connect the tariff through the application. Also on the website of each operator you can see the tariff you are interested in with the desired speed for the period you are interested in.

I take for a year dtac unlimited 10 mbit/s on Lazada for about 1300 baht.
