Tell me if it makes sense to take a bike like street 600cc or better Scooter in Bali. At home I go on 600ke. But the movement and manner of driving, the landscape here is very different. Plus you have to wear the equipment all the time.

In Phuket there is no great sense in this, imho. Although I see such people from time to time. Naturally, it depends on a lot of things: where you go, how you drive, how often.. I myself on a moto 200cc I move around the island, but it would be better on a motorbike of course (when I bought, I thought that I would wander around Thailand..)
