Tell me, in which bank is it better to open an account in Phuket? On a karon or in Phuket town? (Maybe insurance is not so big you can buy or something like that)

Go to the branch of Bangkok Bank. Say you need an account. They tell you what you need to do. If you are satisfied with this - do and open an account. If you are not satisfied then go to the next branch of Bangkok Bank. When the branches of Bangkok Bank on the island end - start with the very first.
