Can I get to Phuket if I sit out quarantine in Bkk ? Or is it better to fly to Koh Samui and from there to Phuket?

You can get to Phuket. If you're vaccinated with a pfizer, sinovac, astrozeneca, or the like with a vaccine.

On Koh Phangan, the quarantine center said that if you enter with the BPC you need a PCR test. If you are traveling with alcq hotel then you can without a test but only within 24 hours after checking out with ALSQ.
