Unreal. For money you can not get now - private hospitals are registered only for October and later. Foreigners are now given vaccines only through employers or their own embassies (the Russian one does not do anything, if anything). In your case, the only illusory chance is to come to some big vacc center with your feet at the end of the day and hope that they will give the leftovers - there will be a miracle if it works (I tried several times back in June - they did not give, but I heard someone lucky). With the current restrictions on leaving the house, this will complicate matters even more. It would be more realistic to fly to Romania, do J&J and back through the Sandbox in two weeks.
