If there is an entry without quarantine, then it is most certain only for the vaccinated. And vaccinated with vaccines that are approved by WHO. According to the most daring and optimistic estimates (from the Russian authorities), Sputnik V may be approved by the WHO in about a couple of months. Or maybe they won't approve. Therefore, if we talk about the tourist flow from the Russian Federation - then it is rather the beginning of October or November of this year. But that's all speculation for now. And everything will change - if there is another wave. What's in Russia, what's in Thailand - it doesn't matter.
