First, the Thai certificate must be translated into English and legalized at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Bangkok, and then with this to your consulate for translation into Russian and legalization. In Bangkok, the Foreign Ministry makes a day and like 500 baht. We did through a firm in Phuket - two weeks and 2200 baht. If a month has not yet passed since the birth of the child, you can simply issue an ordinary Russian birth certificate.

Most likely only at the consulate in Bangkok. Do you need this translation for presentation in the Russian Federation?
