I have had such an experience now, but with a school. Police said no criminal. Only a lawyer will help you. The tourist police didn't help either. I got to the prosecutor's office. The director did not come to the pre-trial hearing, she received a call and said: I think I am right. In case I am not satisfied with something - through a lawyer to the court..."

I had this situation, and with a huge scandal and a call to the police. They didn't let me off my mountain, blocked my exit, and demanded the confiscation of my property 'in payment of the deposit'. The arriving police showed the bills for the last 4 years and contracts, the issues were removed, the Thais received a bang.

Do you have a contract with him, he does not comply with the conditions? What does the contract say about this?
