Can anyone do Thai rights with Russian? What's the procedure for all this?

The same as when receiving Thai without Russian -) come to the transport in Phuket town, bring the documents (by the way, now you need a document from the immigrashka), you are assigned a date, watch a terrible movie for 4 hours, pass the test on the computer, the next day the site, 300 baht for the right and done. I need to change the rights, and then my friends told me (a familiar Thai hahaha) that now the records are for 2 months ahead. I received about 4 years ago and I was enrolled in 3 weeks.
