You can go to the city if there is confirmation. On the spot upon arrival, you need to fill out a questionnaire on the site (ask at the transfer at the information desk, they will type the site directly into the tlf), there will quickly be confirmed (or refused). I was not confirmed, I hung out in the airport for 21 hours. Prices are biting, of course, this is the airport. But there's a burger king. I took a combo menu for 43 rials.
