Can anyone know what to do if an apple on a black screen just burns on an iPh and nothing happens? Tried rebooting, but nothing changes.

Most likely need to recover through DFU mode. You will need a phone, an iTunes, a computer, an hour and a half of time and YouTube. If these things are frightening, then it is better to go to the service. They will most likely ask for the password from your AppleIdy for recovery, as advice: after recovery - change the password.
