A separate house, for one or two bedrooms, without a pool, can be found from 10 to 15 thousand ฿ per month, when renting for a long time (from six months). For houses with a swimming pool, the price tag starts from 20 thousand ฿. Short-term rent (up to six months) increases the price of the month by 1.5-3 times, depending on the rental period. All this is naturally approximate, but it gives an opportunity to estimate. Or not...
