12000 baht per month. First, they booked through airbnb, then the office extended it for another couple of months. Light, water, internet is included in the payment. If with the office to rent, then no. The same, but the light, water, internet are not included. Though... They have several apartments. The price increases (on airbnb) depending on the design (all sorts of pictures, stove, toaster, etc.) and on the dollar rate. Enter.
