Exactly to pass-receive? Or to exchange the Russian Federation rights for Thai? In any case, all this is faster to do on Koh Samui: a day of residence to get and on the next day in the traffic police to hand over everything.

I have an expensive contact. We paid our greedy aunt 6k each. There were some 2 options much cheaper. One with a school visit and a 500 baht kina and a second Honda school. There you will be taught to ride a bike for 2 days, then in both places you will be given a certificate, with which it seems also without a queue. I myself received the rights according to an expensive scenario. I found out about cheap ones later, but since it was no longer relevant to me, I did not record them for myself.

It's hardly possible.
