In Phuket I have not heard of this. I know that people checked in for calving for one day and with this TM30 went to extend the covid stamp.

Hello! All the time they showed a six-month or annual contract - there were no questions from the Phuket Immigration. I was moving here, so the owner of the condo took away my passport the next morning - and she herself slid into immigration and made me a notification of residence. And this tweet is definitely 2 months old already working for covid extensions.

Personally, I am renewing for the 3rd time on the same TM30. The lease term was originally for a month.
