Affidavit in the bank asks, this is not to pay insurance, but it is NOT issued in the consulate of the Russian Federation!! Therefore, either make a visa (it will be possible to open an account without insurance and in a better bank), or you will pay insurance, with insurance it will come out in the region of 7k baht (without a visa it is only Bangkok Bank).
