Thailand, like Russia, has signed the Vienna Convention on Road Traffic, one of the provisions of which is the recognition of the driver's license of the countries participating in this convention. Russian rights Category A"" with subparagraphs (when driving a motorbike) and "B" (when driving a car) are quite suitable for the Police. As always there is the Human Factor - some local police officers do not care about all these conventions
