Who has insurance against Tinkov? And who has already applied for it - there were no problems?

We appealed, everything is normal. They wrote to Tinkov we were promptly thrown off the address of the hospital where to go, they came there at first at the reception we were not accepted, they did not accept us that there was no appeal, once again they wrote to Tinkov and after 10 minutes we were accepted, examined, analyzed and given medicines. Now I'm waiting for approval and the taxi back there seems to be reimbursed.
