Generally the same as in other countries. You look at the international name of the drug in Google (for example, it is hydrocortisone), write the name on a leaf and go with a leaf to the pharmacy. On mims. com can still be viewed. I don't have a PS medical education and what barley looks like I don't know and have never seen it.
