If in principle you go to Kata. then at the end just after Biyond Resort with fountains in the form of elephants on the left side there will be an exchanger with the most favorable rate in the southern part of Kata and ATM which accept Maestro cards))))

If you go in the direction of Kata, pass 7/11 and then at the first intersection right on the corner there will be an exchanger with the most favorable rate in that part.
