Russia from today removes all epidemiological restrictions on entry for foreigners arriving in the country by air and sea. This was stated in the Government on June 3, but the document that amends Orders No. 635-r and 738-r has not yet been published. It remains unclear whether covid measures will be lifted for returning Russians - now Russian citizens who do not have a certificate of vaccinated or ill person need to pass a PCR test within 3 days after arrival.
