Can I fly from Phuket to Singapore in less than 96 hours? Walk there for 2 days and fly back to Phuket? Or do they need a visa for that?

You have to fly from Singapore to a third country. For example, in Kuala Lumpur (you can look at the Petronas Towers, visit the butterfly garden), and from there back to Phuket.
